NetColors Support
NetColors shows, as a colour, how much of the internet is reachable from your iPhone right now.
Contact: netcolors@artemlosev.com — or in the app, Settings → Write to the Developer. The message then includes the app and iOS versions, which helps to sort out a problem.
Questions
What do the colours mean?
- Green — Full Access: all checked sites respond.
- Orange — Some Sites Unavailable: most sites work, some international services don’t.
- Red — Only Selected Services: only some Russian services respond.
- Black — No Internet: no site responds.
Does it work on Wi-Fi?
Yes, it checks any connection. The Only Selected Services mode usually appears on mobile networks.
Is NetColors a VPN? Does it change my settings?
No. It only checks availability: it does not change network settings and does not route your traffic.
How often does it check in the background?
When iOS allows it, roughly every 10–60 minutes. A notification comes only when access drops; turning a VPN on or off doesn’t trigger one.
What data does it collect?
None. History stays on your iPhone. See the privacy policy.
How do I delete my data?
Settings → Erase All Data, or delete the app.
Requirements: iPhone with iOS 18 or later. English and Russian.
